Caprese Stuffed Chicken Foil Packs - A healthy dinner recipe that can be made in an oven, on a grill, or over a campfire. Chicken stuffed with caprese salad, over seasoned veggies, wrapped up in foil packets.
Easy Granola Bars - Fantastic bars that have a lot of flexibility. You can adapt the recipe to your liking. Great for hikes, long road trips and camping as they store well and keep fairly long - unless you eat them all! Use any combination of chocolate chips, dried fruit, coconut, pecans, almond slices, or any other tidbits you'd like in a granola bar.
Start with a tube of ready-to-bake cinnamon roll from any supermarket. Take an orange, cut it in half, then scoop out ( and eat ) all the fruit. Place a cinnamon roll from the tube into the orange rine, then wrap it in tin foil. Place it on a camp fire for 10-20 minutes and you're all set!
